The one-stop operator
Alterna defines itself as a one-stop operator. This company offers its customers packages that include mobile services, Internet, electricity, and gas.
Alterna offers fiber-only plans, mobile-only plans, and fiber+mobile plans. These plans can be purchased individually or combined with another service. Throughout the year, Alterna customers benefit from various discounts.
There are two fiber-only plans: one of them includes 100 Mb fiber and the other 600 Mb fiber. The fiber+mobile plans include, in addition to fiber Internet service, variable amounts of data (from 5G to 25GB). All Alterna's mobile-only plans include unlimited calls. For these plans, customers can purchase data packages from 9GB to 60GB. Alterna also offers plans for those who do not intend to browse from the mobile.
As Alterna does not have its own network, it uses that of the MásMóvil group.
You do not need to commit to a long-term contract to purchase one of the mobile-only plans. However, you do have to commit to a long-term contract to purchase one of the fiber-only plans.
